Top Ten Tuesday

September 22, 2015 Guilty Pleasures, Top Ten Tuesday 1

toptentuesdayTop Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created at The Broke and the Bookish. This feature was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We’d love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists!
Each week we will post a new Top Ten list  that one of our bloggers here at The Broke and the Bookish will answer. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND add your name to the Linky widget so that everyone can check out other bloggers lists! If you don’t have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. Have fun with it! It’s a fun way to get to know your fellow bloggers.

Top Ten Books On My Fall TBR

I feel like I had a ton of childhoodA blossom of bright light favs but in reality there were only a few that really stuck with me.

  • A Blossom of Bright Light by Suzanne Chazim – I started reading this and about died it’s so good! It’s publishing later in October so I had to put it on a back burner – FOR NOW! It’s a fantastic mystery so far.
  • The Vile Desire to Scream by Oisin McGann – The cover for this one looks fantastic and the synopsis puts the icing on the cake. If it is as good as it sounds, it’ll be fabulous!
  • Not that Easy by Radhika Sanghani – After reading Virgin, I’m ready to read more of her work! Exciting!
  • The Unfortunate Decisions of Dahlia Moss by Max Wirestone – This sounds great!
  • Haunt Coture and Ghosts Galore by Rose Pressey – Another sickly sweet and cute sounding mystery!
  • For the Dignified Dead by Michael Genelin – A bit deeper sounding mystery full of intrigue and hopefully lots of dead bodies!
  • The Dead House by Dawn Kurtagich – Have to have some horror on my list!
  • Spending the Holidays with People I want to Punch in the Throat by Jen Mann – This just sounds hilarious. A must read on my TBR!
  • After You by Jojo Meyes – Loved book one, Me Before You. Really curious about the second!
  • The Shepherd’s Crown by Terry Pratchett – Oh dear. To read or not to read… that is definitely the question for this one. The very last Terry Pratchett. I’m going to cry most of the way through this, I’m sure.

This list makes me both very excited and very sad. The last Terry Pratchett… Normally I would devour his books but this time I just want to save it for as long as possible.

Spending the holidays

 What’s on your fall tbr?
