Well into 2014! Good bye January…

Whew… I wasn’t going to do any resolutions and then my sister and my sister-in-law (both of which have an evil gene apparently!) have taken it upon themselves to get our family involved in a fitness thing! I might complain but I’m actually really excited. My goal for the entire year is just to lose 10 pounds and to drink more water. And to eat better. For some reason I’m very, very picky so I don’t eat very well so the hubby and I are working to eat healthy but at the same time make meals that will put me at 1500-1800 calories or so a day. Plus exercise, definitely a healthy way to go!

      Delay of Game, awesome! I’m really hoping to get into Yoga. I used to do Inhale through the Oxygen channel all the time and I was so bummed when they cut that show. I hope you’re feeling better.

    My resolution is kind of similar and at the same time opposite of yours. I’m actually trying to gain weight, but I’m working on eating healthier and exercising too. The pills I take make me want to eat constantly so it’s a bit hard to eat healthy when you’ve already eaten everything, lol.

      I’m lucky, I only have those last few stubborn pounds. I’ve noticed since I stopped working that my biggest problem is that I just don’t eat. It’s horrible! I probably average around 1k calories so I’m trying to get up to 1800 without that yummy junk food. I just love the yummy junk food! So I don’t buy it but nothing else looks good… Working on it though.

      Good luck with your resolutions also. Gaining is just as hard as losing! But we can do it!
