Sunday Post!

November 16, 2014 Sunday Post 2

sunday-post2The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer ~

~ It’s a chance to share news~

A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

Thanksgiving is nearly here!

I’m taking a two week vacation starting Tuesday with the hubby!

I’ll be around but I won’t be around especially since I have a ton of posts scheduled thanks to Anna over at Herding Cats and Burning Soup. That gal knows how to get a person motivated! I love it.

Only thing on my TO DO list is to get some cookie recipes and start making gifts for the neighbors. And maybe a little for myself!

So, have a great two weeks. I’ll be back and ready to spazz out for Christmas. Although I’m ahead with that too so hopefully the spazzing will be kept to a minimum!

Have a favorite cookie recipe you’re willing to share?

Something I really, really need from Herding Cats & Burning Soup:

The Goal30 days
The basic goal is to get “ahead” in your blog posts.
Creating 30+ additional Pre-Scheduled posts by the end of November.
Super excited for this one!

Sounds like you are all set and prepared for anything! Will be wonderful for you to have a couple of weeks off to chill with hubby. So nice that the Blog Ahead from Anna’s site kept you motivated. Now you can relax and your blog is covered 🙂 Enjoy!

I do have a go-to cookie recipe from a dear old friend that I make every year, but I won’t be able to put my fingers on it for a bit, as it’s hidden in one of my junk files when we moved, sigh. When I find it sometime, I’ll send it.

I’ll be waiting for it! Sadly the hubby does not have a sweet tooth so I can only make a few cookies at a time or I’ll have to eat them all! Doesn’t seem so bad now that I think about it 😉
