Characters 4 out of 5 stars

The novel returns the primary support character from Book 1, Cameron Maxwell the daughter of Dane Maddock and Bones commanding officer. The adventure leads to the Amazon and it is a lot of fun.

And the writing has continued to improve over the course of the novels. We learn how far the dominion will go to ensure their secrecy and power needs.
