  • What is it?

Itโ€™s a weekly feature hosted by Novel Heartbeat. Each week she will choose a subject and talk about that subject in her life. The topics will be non-bookish so that we can all get to know each other!

  • When is it?

Every Thursday. It doesnโ€™t really matter when you post, though, just remember to come back and add your link to the linky!

2/27 – Guilty pleasures:

Oh!! I love that the first day I join is all about guilty pleasures! The only issue is that I have so many! My main guilty pleasure would definitely be food. Nutella and I are in a relationship but sadly it’s one of those where the female eats the guy and enjoys every minute too!

When I’m NOT eating, which isn’t often… I paint and I love to play video games. I always have. I remember playing them on the Commodore 64 and then the Nintendo and my love just grew from there. I have been known to sit in my seat for hours at a time, getting up only to do essentials; like get more Nutella! For the last three years I have actually participated in game a thons for charity. 24 hours straight is just crazy but normally my online friends help me and although the hubby doesn’t normally stay up, he does normally make my coffee so I can!

I also love dogs… This is mainly a guilty pleasure because I already have four crazy mutts but would not mind having more! Sadly the bed just isn’t big enough for any more. But if I had the money (and the room!) I would definitely adopt more dogs!

And the one thing that I am almost ashamed to write: I enjoy Facebook games. Yes, Farmville and Candy Crush and all those crazy little time wasters! I also spend enormous amounts of time looking at pictures of dogs and cats. I just can’t help myself. These pictures promote happiness, I swear!! I can’t be the only one that does this… right? Right?!

I’m not a dog person so I can’t say comment about that guilty pleasure but I am definitely also guilty of being addicted to Candy Crush. I never tell people what level I’m on because it would be super embarrassing admitting that I’ve spent that much time on it. One of the best moments was when they let you play those levels at the end of a section because then I could open more levels since I didn’t want to pay for more! Lol. Welcome to Life of a Blogger ๐Ÿ™‚

YAY! It’s not only me! While I was visiting with my nephew, he and I would sit on a big chair with my laptop on our laps and just watch vidoes. My sis was calling for him for bed and he ran up to the chair and snuggled by me and asked for puppies! So cute! When I left his dad sat in that chair and Jake just says “that’s Aunt’s chair!” Gotta love sharing fun stuff.

Oh my gosh I used to be OBSESSED with Farmville! I played when it was new, though, and back in the day all you had to do was plant/harvest crops and take care of your animals. Then they started adding all these quests and missions and ugh, it just became too much like a chore to keep up with it all so I quit playing. I kind of miss it, though!

FV2 is so much fun! Now the quests you can do but if I don’t have time I just make myself not worry about it. I do try to do all the quests that give special prizes though! If you wind up playing FV2 please friend me and I’ll try to help you get started ๐Ÿ˜€ hhahahah… and then we can go to Farmville addiction together ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thank you! Omg… I’m seriously in love with Nutella. I can’t believe I hadn’t tried it sooner. I just tried it about a month ago. Candy Crush can get annoying even for people that love it, trust me!
